Once your order has been placed, it will be processed and delivered within 5 business days.
If your purchase was made during a sales event, please allow us 5-10 business days to fulfill your order.
All orders are fulfilled from Singapore.

Exchange Policy
All items sold are non-cancellable, non-returnable and non-refundable.
However, should you change your mind on the color, we will be happy to do an exchange for you. All items must be in original packaging, unassembled and unused. Additional delivery charge will apply for the exchange.
All purchases made during a sales event is final.
For any issues relating to manufacturer's defects, we are happy to do an exchange at no additional cost.
Upon receiving your Rover Bike, please check for any defects thoroughly. We will accept exchange within 7 days upon receiving your order only.
